life in a metro

i havent seen any of anurag basu's earlier films but i sure plan to now...metro is a well made film with some truly inspiring performances..my personal favourite is irfan..he just gets better with each film...i loved the music and especially the way he has used the band in the film...the end left me wondering, have men of our generation not really progressed..what with kaykay leaving his wife when he finds out she has been "spending time" with somebody else.. when he's been having an "affair"...hmmmm...and when he comes back to her...she takes him back...now that bothers me...but maybe thats how it works...life is complex anyways and it sure seems even more so in a city like mumbai..good film...do watch it..

why am i here..

i've decided to join the blog bandwagon...how long am i going to last...hmmm..time will tell...do i have something to say...dunno...but this is an experiment i am trying..that is of, putting down my thoughts(never kept a diary) and throwing them open to comment...so here we go..
