monsoons knocking on our door

finally after a week of extreme humidity...the city was greeted by thunder and lightening enough to put any sound and light show to shame...the trees got a much needed wash down,the summer having been spent collecting dust..ah..how i love the rains,but what i don't love is the potholes overflowing everywhere and all the dug up roads...a thirty minute shower had roads flooding and taffic jams...now how on earth are we going to get through the next three months..but then again,this is mumbai and no matter what,we survive and we will get to september...but, what the heck..i am in no hurry..looking forward as i am to the barish:)to getting soaked more than a couple of times...i wonder if i should buy me an umbrella...naah!!
